SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 day of being received. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day.

ScrubMe is not responsible for delivery delays due to events of force majeure beyond our control.

Shipments are only made to the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories Only.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You will have a period of 10 days from the date of shipment for any return. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

The product must arrive with its packaging closed and unused in order to proceed with the return of your money. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There will be a $ 15.00 charge to any rejected order at the time of shipment or delivery.
